Refund Policy

Users will be refunded only for service interruptions arising from technical issues on Best Aid's side. Users will be informed should there be such a technical issue.

Any refunds approved by Best Aid will be processed according to the mode of payment used to place the order.

Refunds will not be given for any cancellation of service by the user, which will be the user's sole responsibility.

Best Aid’s sole responsibility is to the extent of approving a refund. In no circumstances will Best Aid be responsible for any delay in crediting a refund to the user. The bank or payment gateway vendor will handle all refund amounts. Any delays in refund credit will be between the user and the bank or payment gateway vendor.

Best Aid reserves the right to change prices for subscriptions at any time and does not provide price protection. A successful refund will be processed within seven to ten working days.
